Shipping
We ship Monday - Saturday, except postal holidays.
We ship by United States Postal Service, unless you request other service.
We package securely and strive for you to pay the least amount.
Insurance is required for orders over $ 100.00, otherwise insurance is optional and you must request it in the comments section when your order is placed.
We provide tracking numbers and help filing an insurance claim. However, we are not responsible for shipping damage, lost, stolen, delayed or uninsured packages.
First class and Priority shipping to the US usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
The estimated Shipping Charges will be applied during your checkout and are based on your total purchase. If we can package your purchase in a smaller box we will refund the difference in shipping once we receive confirmation of your receipt.
In some cases, such as batting we will do our best to ship but based on size shipping may be more than the estimated charge and we will invoice you for the difference in price.
We will not automatically ship outside the United States.
You must first contact us if this is an order outside the United States
International shipments may be subject to custom's duty fees and other taxes. These charges are your responsibility. Before shipping outside the United States we will notify you of the actual shipping charges and will ship once the additional charges are deposited. We will not mark packages to avoid these charges.
Returns
Call or email for approval before returning anything.
We stand by the quality of our products and service.
We do not accept return of books, patterns or cut fabric unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
We pay return shipping if we shipped the wrong item or it is defective.
Fabric returned must not be washed or cut, and without any odor.
If we sent the wrong item, or it is defective, we will try to replace it or we will issue a refund.
Due to an item being out of stock, backorders may occur and reordering may not always be possible. You will be notified and given a choice to accept later shipment or to receive a refund.
Pre-packaged items may be returned if in original package, unopened, undamaged and in original condition. Shipping and Return shipping is not refunded.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to you.
